Centrally located (really really great location as it is beside a mall, just a few steps from metro and bus stops and in a good location); excellent service and very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was delicious too!

Big 2 double bed. Room elevator connected to 3rd floor mall easy access to Food court and other cafes.

Love the harbour view room. Big 2 double bed, big enough for a family. Love the coffee machine, so we can have our morning coffee without leaving the room. Room elevator connected to mall on the 3rd level, which has food court and cafes. Will definitely book again when we plan to come to Singapore. We have stayed here multiple times.

Visited the lounge as a guest followed my colleague who stayed in the hotel, the service staffs services are outstanding! Special thanks to Cheary who was very attentive and friendly! I would definitely recommend all my friends to consider this nice hotel!

Nice rooms with plenty of space and pleasing to have a decent desk for working at. However, it would be more useful to have an international plug socket available near the desk (one was provided by the bed). The bed is large and quite firm. Air con will only go down to 21 degrees, and in fact has a narrow range of temperatures. My main issue was that on check-in, the hotel placed a hold on the full amount for my stay on my credit card, instead of a small amount. The hotel had been pre-paid. They wouldn't rectify this until after I had checked out. It was a substantial amount. This kind of error is inexcusable. The foyer is often very busy, and one has to fight through crowds at times. Overall, the foyer is badly laid out. Easy access into Raffles Place mall and to the MRT stations.
